Deliverables and Copyright

3.1 Upon cleared payment, clients receive rights to delivered work. Intellectual property transfers occur upon completion.


3.2 Bridgenext Technologies retains rights to use, display, and amend original work for portfolio or marketing unless otherwise agreed.

Payments and Fees

4.1 All payments are processed in USD for US, CAD for Canada, AED for United Arab Emirates and USD for all other countries; clients are responsible for any taxes due.


4.2 Payment terms include milestone-based billing, monthly subscriptions, or project-based invoicing. Payment is due on approval of deliverables.

Refund Policy

5.1 Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5.2 Full or partial refunds are issued if deliverables do not meet agreed specifications or service milestones. Clients must submit written requests within 14 days of delivery. Subscription services may be cancelled with prorated refunds for unused portions.


5.3 No refunds are provided for change of mind, third-party engagement, contests, or incomplete briefs.

Account Usage

6.1 Users agree to truthful information and to notify of suspicious activity.


6.2 Accounts may be banned for fraud, illegal usage, or policy violations.

Intellectual Property

7.1 Bridgenext Technologies grants clients rights to approved deliverables. Bridgenext Technologies may showcase work for marketing unless waived by contract.


7.2 Clients must report copyright abuse if identified.

Communication Policy

8.1 By providing contact details, users consent to Bridgenext Technologies communications.


8.2 Opt-out options are available in emails and SMS.


8.3 Data is kept confidential except as required by law.

Usage and Restrictions

9.1 Clients must not breach third-party rights or use services for unlawful activities.

9.2 No reverse engineering, duplication, or commercial misuse of site/services.

Disclaimers

10.1 Delivered materials are unique to each client. Exclusive ownership is available per contract for additional fees.

General Terms

11.1 Bridgenext Technologies reserves the right to update the Agreement at any time. Continued use signifies acceptance.
