Our Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy

Chargeback & Dispute Policy

To maintain transparency and protect both clients and our agency, the following policy outlines situations where chargebacks or payment disputes are not permitted and will be considered invalid. These cases represent common forms of “friendly fraud” or misuse of the chargeback system, and all clients agree to these terms upon purchasing our PR services.

1. Change of Mind After Purchase

A client’s decision to change their mind, pause marketing, or cancel for personal reasons does not qualify for a refund or chargeback. Work typically begins immediately.

2. Buyer’s Remorse or Regret

Regretting the purchase, finding another provider, or deciding the service is no longer needed is not grounds for a dispute once work has begun or deliverables have been prepared.

3. Misunderstanding the Service Scope

Claims based on the client failing to read or misunderstand the service description, scope of work, or deliverables are not valid dispute reasons. All services are governed strictly by the written agreement.

4. Expecting Results Beyond What Was Promised

Disputes based on personal expectations—such as assumed guaranteed placements, sales, traffic, or media outcomes—are invalid. PR results vary, and no specific outcome is guaranteed unless explicitly written.

5. Attempting to Reverse Payment After Delivery

Chargebacks filed after receiving:

press releases,

placements,

drafts,

outreach work, or

strategy work
are considered misuse of the dispute system. Delivered or initiated services are not refundable.

6. Delays Caused by Client Inaction

If the client is unresponsive, fails to provide required materials, or delays approval, they cannot claim “non-delivery” or file a valid chargeback.

7. Client Budget Issues or Internal Financial Problems

Financial challenges, budgeting changes, or lack of internal approval from the client’s team do not justify disputes or refunds.

8. Cancelling After Work Has Started

If a client requests cancellation after research, drafting, communication, or outreach has begun, this does not qualify for a refund or chargeback. Work started = service delivered.

9. Incorrect Assumptions About Timelines

Chargebacks based on misunderstandings about timelines—such as expecting immediate publication—are invalid. Timelines are clearly explained and vary based on media processes.

10. Using Chargebacks as Pressure or Leverage

Threatening or initiating a chargeback to force extra services, faster delivery, or refunds is prohibited. Documentation will be submitted to the payment processor to dispute such attempts.

Acknowledgment

By purchasing our PR services, all clients acknowledge and agree that:

Chargebacks may only be filed for legitimately unmet contractual obligations.

Any dispute falling under the categories above will be challenged with full evidence, including contracts, communications, and proof of work.
